2. The Product is a product which is the subject of sale through the website kb-london.com.

3. User – a person who has registered at kb-london.com, as a result of which a user account has been created.

4. Buyer – a User undertaking actions aimed at purchasing Products via the kb-london.com website.

Registration in the store

1. Using the website kb-london.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration in kb-london.com is made by completing the registration form.

3. By registering, the User consents to the processing of personal data by K&B London LTD for the purpose of order processing and sales records.

4. By registering, the User consents to receive system information and notifications from K&B London LTD to the provided email address.

Order

1. After adding Products to the cart, the User may place an order by confirming the delivery address, selecting a payment method and submitting the order.

2. The Buyer is obliged to pay for the placed order within the prescribed time.

3. The due date is the date on which the payment should be credited to the Seller’s account. Failure to make payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Prices displayed on kb-london.com constitute public information.

5. Prices are fixed and valid until the Product is sold.

6. Prices may be reduced as part of promotions or discounts offered by K&B London LTD.

7. Payments by credit card or bank transfer are processed via PayPal.

Shipping costs

1. Delivery costs are covered by the Seller unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders placed on kb-london.com require prepayment.

3. All Products offered by K&B London LTD are new and free from defects.

4. Information provided on the Store’s website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit purchase offers.

Customs duties, taxes and international shipments

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including but not limited to the United States and the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), may be subject to import duties, customs charges, local taxes and courier handling or disbursement fees.

Such charges are imposed by local customs authorities and/or the courier (e.g. FedEx, DHL) and are beyond the Seller’s control. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Buyer is solely responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges or courier fees incurred upon delivery. The courier may advance these charges on behalf of the Buyer and issue an invoice after delivery and completion of customs clearance.

Failure to pay required import charges may result in delays, return of the shipment or additional costs, for which the Seller shall not be held liable.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of potential customs charges and import fees associated with international delivery.

Returns

1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without stating a reason.

2. Returned Products must be returned unaltered and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. From the moment of receipt, the Buyer is obliged to store and handle the Product properly. Returned Products must be unused, clean, odor-free and with all labels attached.

4. Returned Products must be packaged in a manner ensuring they are not damaged during return shipment.

5. Products made to special order are non-refundable.

6. Returned Products must be sent within 14 days of receipt to the return address provided by the Seller. K&B London LTD is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

8. Customers may choose store credit equivalent to the value of returned Products for future purchases.

Complaints

1. Complaints are processed by K&B London LTD. The Buyer must submit photographic evidence of defects or damage to shop@kb-london.com.

2. Complaints must be reported immediately after discovering the defect, no later than 24 hours after receipt of the shipment.

3. The Buyer must first notify the Seller by email before returning a defective Product.

4. Defective Products must be returned to the address provided by the Seller. The Seller is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

5. If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Buyer will receive a refund.

6. Differences in color perception due to monitor settings do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Personal data – security and protection

1. K&B London LTD attaches great importance to the protection of Users’ personal data.

3. Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment purposes.
