Returns

Each product can be returned within 14 days of its purchase, only if it has not been used. 

Claims made outside the above time limits will not be considered.

Products must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging. 

In the case of a refund, please contact us by phone or by e-mail. 
Returns made through our online store are only accepted for unused products that are still in their original factory packaging.
 Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds directly to bank accounts. 
However, customers are welcome to use the equivalent value of their returned items as store credit for 
future purchases on our online platform.
