The Kīlauea armchair is now inspired by the active shield volcano in Hawaii and the most active of the five volcanoes that together form the island of Hawaii. The form of lava, when it is on its way to the ocean, is something stunning, creating unique landscapes of black beautiful textures.
Inspired by the wonderful phenomenon, Porus Studio designed the Kilauea armchair.
The structure of a modern armchair from the middle of the century is covered with black real leather, carefully applied to obtain a lava effect on the back. The Kīlauea armchair is a stylish and elegant interior design element, ideally suited to any contemporary home decor. The armchair frame is made of pine, while the legs are made of American walnut.
The Kīlauea armchair was designed by Porus Studio. Due to the custom made, the waiting time for the product is from 4 to 8 weeks.
